The shortage isn't just hard hats and steel-toed boots. It's the project coordinators, the AP clerks, the estimators, the controllers, the operations managers. These companies can't hire fast enough to keep up with the work coming in the door.
That's where we come in.
We built Otto, an autonomous work platform for the companies that build the physical world. Otto uses a proprietary orchestration engine combining computer use agents, large language models, and computer vision to execute procurement, invoicing, payroll, compliance, reporting, and estimating across these businesses.
